All information collected from the Internet via email or web browsing is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act commencing on the 21 December 2002.

Information collected on the Open Home Media (OHM) servers may be accessed at any time by the OHM recipient or the authorised OHM IT Systems Administrator.

This information may also be sent to other authorised OHM related company personnel.

The OHM privacy policy states that all information residing on our web servers is confidential and will not be divulged, onsold or distributed to any third party without prior approval.

All information contained herein is gathered from sources that we believe reliable. We have no reason to doubt its accuracy, however we cannot guarantee it.

This information is not to be used in formalising any decision nor used by a third party without the expressed written permission off OHM.

Open Home Media (OHM) will endeavour to deliver the client's order within a maximum of three days after all filming has been completed.

OHM will retain full ownership of the information until full payment has been received.

Full payment shall be within 14 days of receiving an OHM invoice. Late payment will incur a penalty/administration charge of an additional 3%.

OHM charges and any agreed additional services will be fully agreed by both parties before the provision of any services.

OHM recognises that the Client may need to postpone or cancel a filming appointment. The Client may postpone an appointment at any time up to 12pm on the day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation or postponement of a scheduled appointment for any reason after 2pm on the day prior to the appointment will incur a charge to cover costs incurred in re-scheduling the appointment.

For bookings requiring travel outside the Brisbane metropolitan area, a 67c per kilometre travel fee will be charged. For bookings requiring travel to regional areas, clients will be charged for flights, accommodation, car hire plus a travel loading fee of $120.00 per day per crew member. All of which will require full payment prior to travel.

Wet Weather Cancellation - Confirmation of filming will be required 2 hours before the call time. Failure to do so will incur a $200.00 fee.

When your video has been edited, a version will be made available in our Viewing Area for your perusal and approval. An edit request form is available at this stage. One set of changes is part of all packages. All further edits will incur an additional fee of $120 / hour with a recompression fee of $55.

OHM reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time. This is the only agreement between OHM and the Client.
